Once a booking request form is submitted I will reply within two business days regarding appointment options, but typically require booking weeks in advance. Please be sure you have reviewed our Pricing and Booking Process pages prior to submitting a booking request. Due to our limited availability, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for all photography sessions. All photography services are prepaid and the package balance is due prior to the session start time. The booking form below is only for Residential and Commercial photography services . As we currently are not offering Portrait services or head shots. Please check the “Availability Note” section below regarding any updates regarding scheduling, as we plan to travel regularly for our Gone Nomad Prints store. Almost all shoots will occur on a Tuesday or Thursday. Travel charges will apply for locations more than 30 minutes away from our Boerne location, with a max travel time of one hour. All charges will be disclosed on the booking agreement. All promo/referral codes or usage right add-ons must be entered on the booking form to be redeemed. For all services, local/sales tax of 6.25% will be added to all invoices, as required by Kendall County. 

AVAILABILITY NOTEs 9/1/23:

I have resumed taking shoots, but will only schedule one per week. Since my availability is very limited, please reach out via email first to info@spaces-faces.com before submitting the booking form. Also, please note we have relocated to Boerne, Texas and are no longer servicing the Austin area. However, if you have a residential or commercial shoot within an hour from Boerne, Texas please feel free to reach out.

In addition to the booking request form above, you will also fill out an additional form if ordering a virtual tour. It is up to the client to provide all tour information by the shoot date.
