Our residential services are ideal for designers, stylist, stagers, architects, builders, realtors, and contractors looking to showcase their work or listing with professional images. Our goal is to showcase the quality of your work or highlight the uniqueness of your listing. We can capture the best features of each project, by using wide-angle lenses, natural light, and editing each photo to perfection. We are not a quick turnover real estate photographer that will get you next day images for a low price. All shoots have a minimum one week turn around. As we do not batch edit or outsource our editing. Every single image is edited individually including HDR processing, overall edits to make the HDR image look more realistic, white balancing, image sharpening, vertical/horizontal straightening, removing minor blemishes, lens distortion, brightness/contrast adjustments, flash/camera reflection removal, and outdoor sky replacement (if needed). We also take exposures using fill flash and use multiple exposures of the same image to brush away harsh shadows and highlights.
