Please do not purchase this item until you have signed the booking agreement/invoice. This item includes the nonrefundable session deposit for residential/commercial packages. This nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the appointment date and time. The deposit may be transferred to a different date/time as long as a 24-hour notice is provided to the photographer via email (up to 2 times). Unless notified otherwise on the booking agreement, the session balance is due by the start of the session or the shoot will be cancelled and the session deposit forfeited. The deposit is also forfeited if the client cancels, does not show up for the shoot, changes appointment within 24-hours, reschedules more than twice, loses the appointment due to tardiness, or doesn’t complete the shoot within 60 days of the original booking date. A separate payment link will be sent to you that includes the session balance. Sales tax of 8% will be added to all invoices during checkout, as required by Driftwood in Hays County.
